You have questions ? Do not hesitate to contact us, our sales department is at your entire disposal!

We will answer you as soon as possible (a few hours maximum).

1. My item has still not arrived, is this normal?

Delivery takes approximately 6 to 12 business days.
If it’s been less than 1 week, just be patient, your item is on the way.

If your product is still not there after MAXIMUM 2 weeks, we will refund you 100%. However, this only happens very exceptionally.

2. Why is delivery taking so long?

To avoid high storage and labor costs, our goods are located abroad. This allows us to offer you items at very competitive prices.

3. I want to cancel my order, is it possible?

Please be advised that once you submit the order, it will automatically be forwarded by the system to our designer/supplier database for immediate processing. For this reason we strictly do not accept cancellation requests.

Make sure your buying decision is final before checking out.

4. How do I know if my order is being delivered or not?

Click on the “order tracking” tab and enter your order number and the e-mail address you provided when ordering. You will see if the status of the order is in “processed” or “unprocessed” mode.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, we can ship anywhere in the world.

6. My item is damaged, can I get a refund?

Absolutely, if your item arrives broken, send it back to us and you will be refunded.

7. I made a mistake in the size of an item, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately this is not possible, so be careful before placing an order, if your item is a garment.

8. I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

Absolutely, just contact us and we will give you the procedure. You have 30 days from receipt of the goods. Simply send the item back to us and we will refund 100%. The return costs are your responsibility.

10. How to place an order?

Simply choose your items from the drop-down menu on the product page and click the “Add to Cart then Checkout” button, then follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare it and send you a confirmation email when your package is on its way!

11. What payment method do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay and credit card.
